Leonard Kamerling, University of Alaska Museum of the North's film curator, will present “Worth a Thousand Words: Preserving Alaska’s Visual History” at noon April 20 in the museum auditorium.

Kamerling's presentation will be the final event in the spring 2017 Museum Discovery Series. The new series features a different curator each month unveiling discoveries based on research in the museum’s collections. The presentations are free and open to the public.

This series is coordinated and sponsored by UAMN. For more information, call 474-7505 or visit the museum’s website at www.uaf.edu/museum.
