Fix appointed to BLM resource council

Associate Professor Peter Fix was appointed to the U.S. department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management Resource Advisory Council. The 15-member advisory panel provides advice and recommendations to the BLM on resource and land management issues for 75 million acres of federal public land in Alaska.
