Free legal help Jan. 21

The Alaska Bar Association, in cooperation with the Community and Technical College's paralegal studies program, Alaska Legal Services Corporation,  Tanana Valley Bar Association and Alaska Court System are offering free legal help for low-income members of the Fairbanks community. The Martin Luther King Jr. Law Day Clinic will be held Monday, Jan. 21, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the JP Jones Community Center at 2400 Rickert St.

Community members can meet with a lawyer for a free consultation regarding domestic relations, housing and public benefits, employment, and other limited areas of law. Consultations regarding criminal matters are not available.
