Fulbright scholar to visit UAF

Fulbright Visiting Scholar Ajeet Kumar Maurya will visit UAF Aug. 22-26. He will give a talk, "Tweek Radio Atmospherics: Characteristics and Applications," on Friday, Aug. 26, from 3:45–5 p.m. in the Globe Room of the Elvey Building.



Maurya is a Fulbright-Nehru postdoctoral researcher from India currently at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His interests are monitoring space weather and climate change phenomena through studying connections between various atmospheric regions using optical and radio measurements.
