Golden Days Rubber Duckie Race tickets for sale

Golden Days Rubber Duckie Race tickets are available for $10 and $5 at the Geophysical Institute Outreach Office, 611F Elvey Building.

The race will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 23.  6,000 yellow rubber duckies will be dropped into the Chena River from the Wendell Street Bridge and will race downstream to the finish line at the Cushman Street Bridge. Prizes are awarded for duckies that place first through 30th.

All proceeds benefit the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce. The GI Outreach Office is a long-time non-profit member of GFCC. For more information email the GI Information office.
