The 2Mato Station at Dine 49 now offers all vegetarian options for lunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Come in to see what’s new for freshly made, healthy meal options!

Blended Burger
Executive chef Jon Bucholtz created the reindeer and cremini mushroom burger for the James Beard Foundation Blended Burger Contest. Thanks to his delicious creativity and the support of the UAF community, the burger finished second in this national contest, falling shy to the University of Montana. Chartwells and UAF Dining Services thanks everyone who tried the burger and voted for UAF!
