Harper Building parking lot upgrades

Contractors began work on the parking lot at the Harper Building July 18. There will
be heavy construction equipment and employees in and out of the lot throughout the
project. Be advised that the RAP that is being applied will not cover the entire lot.
Completion of the rest of this lot will be scheduled at a later date.
