Holz writes chapter in crisis management book

Carol Holz, associate director for immigration compliance in the UAF Office of International Programs and Initiatives, contributed a chapter to "Crisis Management in a Cross-Cultural Setting," a book published this year by NAFSA: Association of International Educators.

The book is based on case studies and includes checklists, regulatory information and additional resources. Besides being a reference guide for international student and scholar advisors at U.S. colleges and universities, it is being used as curriculum in crisis management training workshops nationally.

Holz's chapter is based on her work relating to crisis management in the NAFSA Pacific Northwest region.
