Lecturer to discuss protein needs during chronic disease

The University of Alaska Fairbanks Institute of Arctic Biology will host a free lecture, "Protein Requirements During Chronic Disease States," on Friday, April 4, from 3-4 p.m. in the Murie Building auditorium.
Professor of health and kinesiology Nicolaas Deutz, of the Center for Translational Research in Aging and Longevity at Texas A&M University, will give the presentation, which is part of IAB's weekly Life Sciences Seminar Series.
Visitor parking kiosks are located in the parking lot to the east of the Murie Building.
