IARC Salon: 'Infrastructure in a Changing Arctic'

Flyer, contains same info as announcementThe next IARC Salon, "Confronting (Im)Permanence: Infrastructure in a Changing Arctic," will be held Thursday, March 25, at 2 p.m.

The presenters will be Jack Herbert, founder of the Cold Climate Housing Research Center, Aaron Dotson, UAA vice chancellor for research and professor of civil engineering, and Billy Connor, director of the UAF Arctic Infrastructure Development Center. They will discuss how the northern design and engineering community is grappling with the impact of climate change on environmental-infrastructural systems.
