IDEA Task Force and Strategic Planning Committee reports?

I've been waiting months for the recommendations from the IDEA Task Force. Shouldn't that group have finished their work by now?
And when will the final reports from the strategic planning committees be available?
According to the strategic plan website, the groups should have finished by the end of the spring semester.
