Jasper String Quartet tickets on sale

The Jasper String Quartet will return to Fairbanks for a concert of music by Beethoven, Brahms and Kernis at
7:30 p.m. Friday, May 20, in Davis Concert Hall. The Jaspers recently played this
program at the Music Mondays Concert series in New York.
The Jasper String Quartet members are J Freivogel and Sae Chonabayashi on violins,
Sam Quintal on viola, and Rachel Henderson Freivogel on cello. Quintal is originally
from Fairbanks but the ensemble members currently reside in New Haven, Conn.
All tickets are $15. You can purchase tickets for the concert using a credit card
by stopping by the Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning office at 216 Eielson or calling 474-7021. In-person ticket sales using cash or
check are available at If Only — A Fine Store, downtown on Cushman Street. There is
no assigned seating and all ticket sales are final.
