Jonathan Gates named Fairbanks Student Engineer of the Year

Jonathan Gates was named the 2020 Student Engineer of the Year by the American Society of Professional Engineers of Fairbanks during the annual Engineering Week banquet on Feb. 22.
Gates is a senior in the Department of Mining and Geological Engineering, part of the College of Engineering and Mines.
