Kyla Hovda on 'Leading Change Through Clarity'

Kyla Hovda, a senior accessibility program manager at Microsoft, will give a presentation, "Leading Change Through Clarity," on Thursday, Oct. 29, at 6 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Nanook Diversity and Action Center.
Kyla Hovda (she/her) graduated from UAF with a degree in business administration, focusing on finance. She has built a career in driving change and bringing others along on the journey towards new ideas and ways of thinking and doing.
In her presentation, she will share insights about the importance of clarity when enacting change (no matter the size) and some easy steps and hacks about how you can lead yourself, others and organizations toward something new.
