Last-minute graduation reminders

Fairbanks students, graduation is this Saturday! Some quick reminders:

• The Carlson Center opens at noon. Enter from the Second Avenue side, via the outside steps leading to the second floor, and look for your college or school's banner so you know where to line up (e.g., College of Liberal Arts, School of Management).


• If you or any of your guests need an elevator because of mobility issues, enter through the ground-floor doors facing Second Avenue. Guests should arrive early. The doors open at noon.


• Wear cool, comfortable clothing under your robe, and no high heels! The steps can be tricky in sky-highs.


• Leave purses, bags, etc., at home or with a friend in the audience. There are no lockers or secured room for personal possessions.


• Have fun, relax and celebrate — you've earned it!
