Learning from foodservice frontlines

Chris Koetke, chef and director of Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, will be
interviewed on KIAK and KFBX radio stations Wednesday, July 25, to talk about his
lecture that evening: “Sustainability Decisions: Learning from the Foodservice Frontlines
to Guide and Empower Everyday Citizens.”
The Spotlight and Discover Alaska series is held every Wednesday evening May 30 - August 15 (no event on July 4) at
7 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium unless otherwise noted. Lectures are free to the public.
The radio shows will air:
- Live at 8:30 a.m. – (4 - 5 minutes) on 102.5 KIAK-FM. Also available live online — click on the “Listen Live” star.
- At 8:35 or 8:40 a.m. (20 minutes) on 970 KFBX. A podcast will be available after the show.
