Lectures to focus on garden pests, wood heat

The University of Alaska Fairbanks is hosting free Alaska-themed lectures throughout the summer, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium on the UAF campus.
On Tuesday, July 12, Corlene Rose will offer the Land and Sea Lecture, “Integrated Pest Management for the Home Gardener.” On Wednesday, July 13, John Davies and Colin Craven will give the Discover Alaska Lecture “Thrice Warmed: Heating with Wood.”
