Twenty years of work to provide access to high-quality online resources, including databases, journals and e-books, is paying off now that the Rasmuson Library's physical space is temporarily closed due to COVID-19.

Since not all resources are online, library staff can make arrangements to ensure that students, staff and faculty have the information, resources and equipment they need, while still protecting the health of everyone.

In-person materials: The library is accepting appointments between Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. and weekends, 1-5 p.m. Students, staff and faculty can make their request online; please allow 24 hours to fulfill your request.

If students need laptops, the library has more available.

Online reference services: Staff are online from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday for assistance in finding information resources for classes, papers, projects and research.

Library staff working every day to respond to requests for books, DVDs, laptops and more, and also to meet the need for specialized resources through interlibrary loan. Staff are able to work in isolation from each other and to procure materials on request with a 24-hour turnaround. Materials are provided by appointment, and  staff have made creative use of shelving carts to deliver items directly to patrons while maintaining social distancing and good sanitation.
