Lunchtime garden lecture series begins June 1

The University of Alaska Fairbanks Cooperative Extension Service will host a free summertime brown-bag lecture series on gardening topics beginning June 1.
Members of the Fairbanks community are invited to bring their lunches and their questions to the lectures Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:10-12:50 p.m. in Room 158 of the University Park Building at 1000 University Ave. The series will feature Extension agents and staff members, master gardeners, representatives from the Fairbanks Soil and Water Conservation District and other guests. The series will also include tours of the UAF Facilities Services greenhouse and of the Georgeson Botanical Garden.
