Feeling anxious about COVID-19? There are ways to help.
- Know that you are not alone.
- Breathe. Deep breathing can help achieve a state of calm and lower stress hormones.
- Reach out to others.
- Set limits on how much news you consume, and be sure to get your information from reliable sources.
- Keep to a daily routine.
If you feel your anxiety is overwhelming, students can call the Student Health and Counseling at 474-7043 for a telehealth appointment. Employees can access services through the Employee Assistance Program.
