Marketing process improvement survey completed

Marketing and Communications conducted a survey last month in an effort to help improve
our service to UAF. Thank you to those who responded.
A number of team members in our department as well as our customers are participating
in the university's facilitated process improvement initiative. You'll find details about the project on the website.
The idea behind process improvement is to streamline our practices and increase efficiency
in order to better serve our customers — you. Your feedback will be carefully considered
as we move forward.
