To make an appointment, either call us at 474-7043 or complete our online appointment request form.

To speak to a counselor after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, call the health and counseling center's 24-hour emergency line at 474-7043 and press “1” to speak with an on-call clinician.

For the entire UAF community

Counselors are available for consultation. Please reach out if you are concerned about someone, have questions about counseling or mental well-being, or if you are looking for additional resources or information.

If you would like to learn more about mental wellness and resilience, Mental Health America has put together some resources on their "Tools 2 Thrive" page, which includes helpful information and several mental health screening tools.

Additionally, the National Council for Mental Wellbeing has a robust library of information relating to different mental health topics. Visit their site for more information.

For any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us at 474-7043.
