Hands-on programs at the University of Alaska Museum of the North during the month of May will allow participants to learn about migration.

The Early Explorers program for families with children 5 and younger will take place each Friday from 10 a.m. to noon through May 17. On Saturday, May 11, the Junior Curators program, which is open to children 6 and older, will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. These activities are included with admission and are free for museum members. Family programs will be on hiatus for the summer, after May, but will resume in September.
