McQueen featured in Midnight Sun Visiting Writers Series

Author LaTanya McQueen will be featured in the Midnight Sun Visiting Writers Series at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, at Schaible Auditorium. The reading is free and open to the public.

McQueen, a poet and author of fiction and nonfiction, has been published in numerous publications and journals. She is the creative nonfiction editor of Gigantic Sequins, a print journal of art and comics. Her essay collection, “And It Begins Like This,” is in an upcoming publication by Black Lawrence Press.
