Mental health affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make healthy choices. Mental health can change over time and can at times need some understanding and realignment.

How to effectively manage our thoughts and emotions  

We all have intense or negative thoughts and emotions at times. If we don’t manage them well, they can interfere with our peace of mind and enjoyment of life. This important session discusses strategies for improving your self-talk and emotional self-management skills to brighten our moods and enhance our ability to communicate effectively with others.

How to live a mentally healthy life in the 21st century

This important session covers some of the core strategies that can help individuals to live the lives that are mentally healthy, enjoyable and productive. These strategies include how to maintain a positive attitude, enhance emotional intelligence and maximize personal resilience.
