flyer contains same basic info as announcementStudent Health and Counseling presents Mindful Mondays! This weekly group is for any student who wishes to learn mindfulness skills and engage in introspection and values-based action.

Based in the principles of acceptance and commitment therapy, this is a drop-in group, so please feel free to attend when you can.
