The Mining and Petroleum Training Service, a workforce training program under the Cooperative Extension Service, has launched a new website.

MAPTS is recognizing its 40th anniversary with the university this year. MAPTS provides short-term, intensive training that reliably leads to employment, and offers safety and environmental training for those already employed in the resource industries. MAPTS offers skills training at its facility outside Delta Junction and compliance training statewide.
