Mobile blood drive coming to campus Oct. 18-19

Staff Council, the International Arctic Research Center and the Blood Bank of Alaska will host a blood drive Oct. 18-19 on the Fairbanks campus.To participate, sign up online at https://donate.bloodbankofalaska.org or call the Blood Bank at 907-222-5630.
Below are the donation times and locations:
- Thursday, Oct. 18, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Wood Center ballroom
- Friday, Oct. 19, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Akasofu Building Room 501
During UAF's first drive last spring 107 people gave blood, resulting in 77 units collected, potentially saving 231 Alaska lives. How many more lives can we save this fall?
