flyer contains same basic info as announcementThe UAF Political Science Department and the University of Alaska Press are presenting the final entry of the spring 2021 documentary film series What Does It Mean To Be Free? with “The Look of Silence,” directed by Joshua Oppenheimer, about the Indonesian mass killings of 1965-1966.

On Monday, April 26, at 7 p.m., join us on Zoom to view and discuss this film. UAF political scientist Alexander Hirsch will provide a critical introduction and commentary.

Participation is free but registration is required. Everyone in and outside of the UAF community is encouraged to participate. Register here.
