Movie Mondays explore what it means to be free

Hosted jointly by the UAF Political Science Department and the University of Alaska Press, the following film selections will be shown and discussed virtually as responses to the theme "What Does It Mean To Be Free?"


Feb. 1, 7 p.m.: "HyperNormalisation" (2016; dir. Adam Curtis)

March 1, 7 p.m.: "Feels Good Man" (2020; dir. Arthur Jones)

April 5, 7 p.m.: "13th" (2016; dir. Ava DuVernay)

April 26, 7 p.m.: "The Look of Silence" (2014; dir. Joshua Oppenheimer)


The movies are free but registration is required. Everyone in and outside the UAF community is encouraged to participate. Register here.
