Museum hosts 2012 Artisan Expo & Sale

The University of Alaska Museum of the North will hold its annual Artisan Expo & Sale Friday and Saturday, Oct. 12-13.
The expo begins with an Evening with the Artists on Friday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The evening will include light hors d’oeuvres, drinks, shopping and live music. You must be 21 or older to attend. Tickets are available online.
On Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., the event opens to the public with fine gifts made by artisans from across the state. Admission is free.
