Museum hosts annual open house

A young visitor explores a dinosaur jaw at an open house at the UA Museum of the North. This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 24.


The University of Alaska Museum of the North will host an open house Saturday, Jan. 24, from noon to 4 p.m.

Visitors can meet curators and collection managers while touring the research labs. They can also try out interactive elements from the museum's next special exhibit about Alaska dinosaurs. Hands-on activities will be available for kids and families.
