Museum hosts Collection Connection Family Day

The University of Alaska Museum of the North will host Collection Connection Family Day, Saturday, Sept. 17 from noon to 4 p.m.
What kinds of rocks, insects, plants and other items from the natural world do you have at home? Are there dolls or artwork in your family that you’ve always wondered about? Ask our curators about items you’ve discovered and learn about the museum’s collections. Please do not bring items, but photographs are recommended.
