Museum kicks off holiday season

The University of Alaska Museum of the North will kick off the holiday season this weekend with the 2010 Artisan Expo and Sale and An Evening with the Artists.
An Evening with the Artists is on Friday, Nov. 19 from 6 – 9 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. The evening includes complimentary hors d’oeuvres, a glass of wine and a chance to meet the expo artists.
The Artisan Expo and Sale runs from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the museum on Saturday, Nov. 20. Admission is free.
