National Lab scientist to discuss permafrost and river bank erosion

The International Arctic Research Center will host a guest lecture by Joel Rowland, from the Los Alamos National Lab, on the influence of permafrost on riverbank erosion and floodplain carbon flux to Arctic rivers.
