New online meditation at The Well

In light of the changes occurring in response to the Covid-19 virus, the Well at UAF
has switched its daily group meditation practice to an online format for the time
being (starting March 17) from 1:10-1:40 p.m.
Everyone — from beginners to longtime practitioners — is welcome to join via Zoom.
Take a moment to settle your mind, online but with others!
