New options for on-campus dining

There are a couple of new options for the Fairbanks campus dining establishments:

• Taco Construction has replaced Taco Bell. The dining option is a build-your-own, fajita-style Mexican menu. First you choose your tortilla, protein, toppings and salsas.


• Tossed is the new salad concept for the "healthier" choice. Pick your greens and choose five toppings and one dressing. The staff then mixes the salad.
