New youth strength and conditioning program

Nanook Recreation is offering a new fitness training series focused on youth sport
performance training. These training sessions will focus on developing flexibility,
strength, speed, agility and sport specific conditioning for the high school athlete.
Increasing physical preparation for their sport can improve performance and decrease
the likelihood of injury.
This program starts May 27. Groups will be limited to 10 participants per session
to ensure a safe training environment. For more information about the program and
