The Nook: new collaborative commons area for students

Experience collaboration at work in 319 Bunnell Building. This new learning space,
dubbed "The Nook," makes it easy for students with a common focus to create, develop
and share their ideas through collaboration. The Nook features an open floor plan
with several seating options, PC workstations, wired and wireless Internet access,
conference tables with monitors to share your ideas on your laptop, tablet or phone
on a bigger screen.Hours of operation are:
- 8 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday-Thursday
- 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Fridays
- 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday -Sunday
The space includes:
- 10 virtual PC workstations
- 46 walk-up data ports for Internet access
- Wireless Internet access
- Collaborative technology spaces for group projects
