OneTree project receives $30,000

EPSCoR has awarded $30,000 to the SNRAS project OneTree. The funding will be used this spring for K-12 outreach with an emphasis on exploring what tree rings reveal about the health and productivity of individual trees and forest stands, as well as the changing climate. SNRAS Adjunct Professor Janice Dawe is the P.I.  The project will reach out to 14 classrooms at nine local schools.
