Open enrollment information

Just a friendly reminder that there is less than a week left of open enrollment. The
last day to turn in paperwork is Wednesday, May 15.
If you haven't checked out the presentation on your open enrollment options, please take a few minutes to do this. You can access this from home so your spouse
can see it too. The forms you need are on the open enrollment page of the benefits
web site, and they're also in the "documents section" of the presentation.
There's also a nice cost calculator where you can enter your tax bracket, expected medical costs for the year for you
and your dependents, and you can see the financial impact of each plan.
If you still have questions or can't decide which plan to choose, please ask your
local HR office at 474-7000.
