Pianist Denis Evstuhin visits UAF

Tune in to an on-air interview with pianist Denis Evstuhin and music director Eduard Zilberkant on KUAC FM at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 30. Evstuhin will performs some of his music during the interview. At 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, he will perform solo piano recital in the Davis Concert Hall. Music includes works by Chopin, Grieg and Liszt. On Sunday, Nov. 3, Evstuhin will be featured with the Fairbanks Symphony performing the Rachmaninoff 2nd Piano Concerto. The orchestra will also perform Stravinsky's music from the ballet Petrushka.
