Planning and Budget Committee to meet in April

The UAF Planning and Budget Committee will hold its initial meeting on April 7 and
will meet every two weeks thereafter. The committee plans to wrap up its work by the
end of the academic year.
The PBC will focus on (1) identifying and evaluating a limited number of potential
vertical reductions and reorganizations, (2) evaluating the internal UAF reallocation
amount and strategy, and (3) evaluating academic and other program review processes
and next steps in program review.
The committee meetings are not open to the public. If you have questions about the

please contact your dean or director.
