Music at One: "Polar Voices"

The Music Department presents "Polar Voices" Thursday, Oct. 26, at 1 p.m. in the Davis Concert Hall. The performance features Finnish violinist Pia Siirala playing original compositions based on indigenous themes of the Russian Arctic. Narrator Lygia O'Riordan accompanies the music with readings from the diaries of Henry Kellett, an Irishman who explored the Russian Arctic in the 19th century.
