Prakash featured in article about women in academia

UAF's Anupma Prakash, co-chair of the Department of Geology and Geophysics, is on the cover of this month's issue of On Campus, published by the American Federation of Teachers.  The cover article, about pay and promotion inequities for women in academia, discusses a recent report by AFT titled "Promoting gender diversiy in the faculty: What higher education unions can do."
