Alaskans know that dressing in layers is the best plan for enjoying the outdoors. Protecting yourself and your community from COVID-19 is the same: It takes layers.

That means limiting trips outside your home, avoiding gatherings, staying 6 feet from others, wearing your mask and washing your hands frequently. One is OK. Two or more is better.

Practicing multiple healthy habits together will help keep you and your friends and family healthy.
