Question about Staff Council meeting notes

Meeting notes for the Staff Council meeting on November 12 included this excerpt "An expedited administrative review process is being led by UAF Faculty Senate. Governance will work out the process with the Chancellor to review administrative effectiveness and collect information to justify their existence."

As a staff member and administrator who exists and wishes to continue doing so, I'm a bit concerned by this wording. What is the timeline for this review? What kind of information will be collected to justify our existence? Who will be involved in this process? How will the results be disseminated?
