Regents to host public testimony session via telephone Feb. 21
February 14, 2017
The UA Board of Regents will host a public testimony session via telephone from 4
to 6 p.m. Feb. 21. Individuals can participate by calling 1-866-726-0757 to share
their thoughts on university issues.
Several months ago, the regents began hosting statewide public testimony in lieu of
in-person public testimony during meetings. The audio session is designed to allow
anyone from anywhere in Alaska to connect with the regents about issues of concern
or interest.
This two-hour call-in session is in advance of the full board meeting on March 2-3
in Anchorage.
The public testimony session will air live on public television on KUAC HD2, and the
audio will be live streamed on KUAC2 here.
More information on the call-in session is available here. The agendas for committee and full board meetings are posted one week prior to the
meeting date at http://www.alaska.edu/bor/agendas.
