Register for summer strength training class for beginners

Registration is open for a beginner-friendly strength training program that starts
Tuesday, May 11. The six-week fitness class will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays
from 5-6 p.m. and is free for Nanook Recreation members. Space is limited so register
now!
Introduction to Strength Training is progressive. Students will learn the basic concepts
and safety considerations when resistance training. Individual needs will be considered
when teaching new exercises, and modifications can be made for a variety of skill
levels.
