Register for last two Fairbanks campus biometric screenings in March

The last two biometric events on the Fairbanks campus are in March. Any employee or
spouse/FIP currently on the UA Choice Plan who has not already participated in a biometric
screening for FY18 (May 1, 2017, through April 30, 2018) is welcome to participate.
Still on the fence about participating this year? The $600 wellness rebate will now
be distributed as a lump-sum payment! Previously this was distributed bi-weekly over
the course of the fiscal year. Employees and their eligible spouse/FIP will now receive
the full wellness rebate as a lump sum during a pay period in November 2018.
Be sure to check your Healthyroads account beforehand — if you met the biometric outcomes with your FY17 biometric screening, you are not required to complete a screening
this year.

You can also complete this requirement through the local Quest Patient Service Center or by visiting your healthcare provider for an annual preventive exam and then submitting the results via a healthcare provider form.
